Theatre Tallahassee is a favorite of mine, they’ve been around forever (I was a fan when they were called the Little Theatre) at the corner of Betton and Thomasville Road.
This 1920s is actually the longest running comedy in London’s West End. But, alas, we can’t all go to London to see it, so support your local thespians and see it in Tallahassee!
It has everything you never wanted in a show… an unconscious leading lady, a corpse who can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything. No matter, the accident-prone thespians battle against all odds to make it through to the end, with quite hilarious consequences. It’s a bit Monty Python, a bit Sherlock Holmes – you’ll laugh a lot and that will do your heart good!
